I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at George's (Springdale, AR) in Mar 2019
Interview
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. During the first interview their phones were going off and they were texting if they weren't speaking to me. One guy even left the room at one point and left the door open so you could hear lots of chatter. I was told to reach out to the HR lady if I had any questions or concerns and when I did so I never got an email back or a call back. The HR lady never returned a single email or call of mine. I made it to the final stage of the interview and was ghosted afterwards. 3 weeks went by after they told me they would let me know within the next week.
It was easy, being the first intern they had and that I had an "in" it was easy. They basically showed me around the plant and then asked if I was still interested in the position.
