I was called into an office and asked interview questions. It went well, but they had already hired someone else at that point. A spot opened up a few months later and I was asked if I was still interested
Three Zoom Interviews all within 2-3 weeks. Well organized, well structured, and quick responses for follow up interviews and/or acceptance offer. Interviews with different individuals who were respectful and open about what they were looking for, and even expressed how I could fit in.
