After applying for the position I was called to the office of our Director of Operations. Here I was seated at a conference table with the Human Resources Manager, my direct supervisor, and the facilities Director of Operations. I was asked various personal questions to accurately gauge my alignment with the companies core principles and we discussed my personal achievements and length of service with the company.
