Interview process took about 2 months. First phone and then they arranged travel to the mill. Once I arrived at the mill I sat in the room with 4 different people. It was more of an interrogation than a interview.

Interview
The interview was easy. The leader was really going through for what is he looking for so it had flowed very well. The hiring is quick ( in case of contract) but for the permanent position, it takes awhile. Everything was great.
