Interview
1. take business lunch with the interviewer; 2. one week later, got invited to the GP tower for an onsite back to back interview - talking with 4 people, 3.5hrs about behavior questions
very easy and simple to navigate nothing too challenging about it I woudl recommend to others and I think theres a very simple component of just understanding behaviorals during the process
Remote Zoom with 2-3 people and they sent a lot of packets of information about the company. They were very friendly but follow a structured set of questions - one from HR and another from the department.

Lots of Teams meetings with various managers. All seemed very nice but ultimately went a different direction. Interviewers didn't know all the aspects of the job. I think the direct staff were very friendly.
