I had my first interview via phone call, and it was pretty straight-forward. All the general questions you'd expect from first contact.
My second interview was a little more personal. I met with a higher up management rep and an HR rep. They asked about specific work experiences and skills I have acquired within, problem-solving questions to see how my mind works under pressure, and to make sure I could meet their scheduling and training requirements.
3rd interview was with my potential direct supervisors and it was rather short, but to the point. Very position-oriented questions and skill discussions. Overall a simple, great experience thus far!
