On-site, UX lead and Senior manager, behavioral questions. 1.5 hours, interview was in English, but strong German is required. Even though they said that knowledge of clinical environments and related workflows is not strictly required they asked questions mostly in this context despite the fact that I did not work in healthcare previously.

Sachlich und korrekt. Man bemüht sich um eine faire Bewertung, aber die finale Entscheidung ist wie meist eine Bauchentscheidung nach Sympathie. Auf jeden Fall entsteht eine freundliche und angenehme Athmosphöre.
