A sit down interview with a few questions. Done in the office of the department you are wanting to work for. Pretty short and easy. Questions are usually about hypothetical scenarios and what you would do in them.

Quick, easy questions, asked about experience working in customer service, whether or not I was a student, how I felt working during COVID-19, if I lived in or around the area.

Phone Interview first, in person next. Very easy going manager. Asked very typical and expected questions for any entry level job. They ask you if you know how to count money, have you ever worked as a cashier before, etc
