Job posting says "urgently hiring" with retention bonus but in 2nd interview they said that they might not get authorization for another 3 months. If you interview with them make sure they have hiring authorization the first time you talk to them.

Easy, quick. Asked a few questions about previous experience and abilities to do the job. Pretty brief compared to other interviews. Not too bad of a process to go through
