They called me a few days after I applied, I was lucky I knew half the managers and workers from growing up in the area. They took super long to actually set up my interview and then took another week after that to tell me when my first day was.. I went in for an interview in formal wear (slacks, heels and blouse) and was told I dressed up for my interview better than their best workers. Its was simple evaluation of personality, ethics, and problem solving skills.

What would you do if a customer was unhappy and giving you trouble?
Pretty easy, just a phone interview. Only took me about 8-10 minutes. Then the in person follow up I was only there for around 45 minutes being interviewed with other people.

What is one thing you have had a problem with and how did you resolve it?
It was an easy process with one interviewer. They asked basic questions about previous jobs. It lasted approximately 15 minutes in a windowless room. It was a nice experience that did not last too long
Made us do a video interview. Did not speak to a real person until orientation. Very confusing process to figure out as all communication was through texts with recruiters and via automated emails.
