Applied online and was called in during on of their open interviews. I was interviewed by one of their executive chefs and he wa nice. Was informed of the role and the Tasks involved. Did a drug test and that was it.

3 interviews (Availability phone interview / Group Interview / 1 on 1). Was rather basic with basic questions. They are looking for outgoing personalities and friendly smiles. Come prepared to understand that the grocery industry is not a big money making business and show that you can add value to their company.
