Easy, straightforward interview. Friendly interviewer and overall a casual feel throughout. As a first job in field, I was able to expand on prior experience to make case for myself. Was offered position on the spot.

Group interview for a few hours with 2-3 managers and the head of HR. You learn about the company and do exercises. Immediately after, I was taken into a separate room with a manager and had a second interview and was hired on the spot (pending I passed a mandatory drug test that all employees take prior to a job offer being final).
