Interview
It was an open interview. I came in after I heard about the open event, and they offered me several positions including one in the bakery which is the one I took. Very relaxed and laid back interview process.
Was pretty average interview process. I got a phone call within 2 days of applying and came in for a in-person interview/ walkthrough of the job. They asked standard questions and hired me that same day.

Easy to schedule and very common questions. Not intimidating and nothing too out of the norm. Interviewer is usually the dept manager, so you’ll get a feel of who you will work under.
