I applied to the store via their website, I followed up right after I applied, they brought me in for an interview, asked me some questions, and hired me on the spot. It was a great experience. Easiest interview ever.

Giant interview process is not very long, One can just go to their website and apply, but still applicant must pass online assessment to get a call for interview. once you fill out your application and everything then after approximately three days they call to schedule an interview. However, since its a reputable grocery store chain so they run the background check.

Easy and straightforward. Basic questions and nothing out of the ordinary. I probably would have gotten the job no matter what I would have said unless it was extremely terrible. Honestly, if you want to make a decent amount of money while in highschool or over the summer, go work a retail job.
