Interview
The process was very simple. It was a face to face discussion with the R&D department head. The interview was not technical. He only was interested in personal stuff. He made illegal questions: at least in Spain the employer can't ask you if you have girlfriend / boyfriend or if you are married or if you have children. He did it.
