1) phone interview vetting basic information and background, 30 min 2) video interview with hiring manager, 30 min 3)on-site interview with 6 individual, whole day, lunch meeting/interview and presentation to all interviewers at the end of the day. Whole process took about 4 months since submission.

The interview process lasted over two months. I had more than ten years of relevant experience and had been working in the exact area they were hiring for. My second-round interview went well, but the recruiter ghosted me for over three months. It seems like the company as a whole lacks transparency in its hiring process. In contrast, companies like Pfizer and Moderna have much clearer and more transparent hiring practices.

Interview was conducted remotely via zoom in two parts. I first interviewed with the associate directors of project management, engineering and cost control. The second part of the interview was a short session with the Director of Engineering, Project Management and Facilities. All the interviewers were friendly and professional.
