If money and experience is not an issue what would be your ideal career?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process lasted over two months. I had more than ten years of relevant experience and had been working in the exact area they were hiring for. My second-round interview went well, but the recruiter ghosted me for over three months. It seems like the company as a whole lacks transparency in its hiring process. In contrast, companies like Pfizer and Moderna have much clearer and more transparent hiring practices.
