Met up with a hiring manager over coffee at a local cafe. Had a brief chat with the representative and covered basic topics (personal description, work experience, understanding the position). Went over resume and compared job requirements against past experience. Questions were fairly standard as far as interviews go. There weren't any technical questions. Position was eventually given to an applicant completely outside the original applicant pool.
