Had a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a second interview with two senior fermentation engineers. After a week, I got an e-mail from the recruiter I spoke with saying they were looking for someone with more experience but wanted to stay in touch. Everyone was very nice, respectful, and gave me their full attention. I really enjoyed all the conversations I had and got a lot of my own questions answered.
