Screening interview: Good talk but was unclear what they were after even after the call. Onsite: Got a different impression of the role from each person I met. Not too many technical questions, felt like most of the interviewers wanted me to sell myself to them instead of ask what they were curious about. Overall felt like the interview process could have been more structured and everyone more on the same page.
