Interviewed with a Sr. QA on the Concentric team. I thought everything went well and he even said that he will set me up for the next interview. Two hours later a recruiter contacted me to inform that they decided to move forward even though the Sr. QA said he will set me up for the next interview. I realized that the Sr. QA is insecure about his position because I'm more technical than him and he's much older than I am.
