A couple of phone screens, then a "virtual onsite" (due to COVID) which included a tour of the labs, a technical interview, and behavioral interviews with several team members. The technical interview consisted of a series of take-home questions that you were instructed to put into presentation format.

Interview
Two rounds (phone screen, then on-site/multiple-hour interview day). It started with a tour of the facilities, then I met with many members of the team with which I was interviewing. The interview process was seamless, and the employees seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their jobs. I also had to give a 30-45 min presentation about my background, and they bought my lunch.

This was a phone interview. A phone screen interview. Basic questions on my background. A whole lot of info given to me by the company. One interviewer only. Was more of a conversation than a grilling.
