Simple process. Initial round with recruiter and then with hiring manager. Only went upto hiring manager interview round. After that it would be panel round with others. Recruiter asked very simple questions so is hiring manager. The recruited has ghosted me and gave me answer after 5 emails. Suggestion is that even if you are not planning to move forward with candidate just inform them so they won't wait and not send you email for follow up.
