Excessive amount of questions with subpoints. The team was nice but the amount packed into an interview was over the top. The recruiting experience was more pleasant. Follow up was minimal.

Interviewed for a span of a month with 3 people. I was given an offer and proposed another salary offer. They ghosted me after and never responded back to my email. Such a shame from a company that I expected more from. Please respect your candidates time.

I went through total four rounds of interviews totaling about a month of my time. I was extended an offer and got back to the recruiter to negotiate some terms on the offer. My negotiation offer were standard requests and wasn’t anything absurd that would surprise the company. I was ghosted after I sent an email even with multiple follow ups. I finally heard back after multiple weeks of follow-up and the recruiter said the position has been put on hold. She said that she would reach out in a month about an updated start date. I never heard back again (even after a month). I would appreciate if the company would treat candidates with respect, especially considering that I spent a month interviewing for the position.
