There were four interviewers in the room, and all had 4-5 questions for me to answer. They were clear that there were often difficult situations to resolve and asked how I would respond to them. I demonstrated how I would respond to a difficult person's call in both English and Spanish. It was important to show a passion for the work of the organization.
