There was a phone interview and an in person interview with several questions it was a pretty standard process without too many twists and turns. I really did not think that it was too difficult.
The interview was fairly simple; it was with the recruiting team. But I got ghosted even though I followed up multiple times. And then, they sent an automated email saying I didn’t move on (which was obvious after being ghosted). I understand if I’m not a good fit, but if I spend the time preparing for an interview and doing the interview, the least I expect is the decency to receive a rejection email from a real person. This is a warning for anyone else interviewing with Girl Scouts. These companies should be called out for the way they treat their interview candidates.
It was slow and usually they dont ask you about the job itself, but is a good pay. Overall the job itself is not that very demanding easy going and friendly environment if you are looking for that.
