The process consisted of two interviews. The first interview was with HR and the second interview was with HR and the manager. I was asked basic questions about my past, my skills, why I wanted to work there. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Each interview took about 45 minutes to an hour. I was not introduced to anyone else in the company or given a tour until my first day.
