Well organized but at times some people were pulled away to address issues in the plant. The Interview included people from the manufacturing site as well as the regional group.

3 Rounds. HR Phone interview, Video interview, and a final onsite interview. Very relaxed and ask standard interview questions. On site interview consisted of manager interview, other department manager interview, and a regional manager interview.
