First I got a phone call from HR, presenting the company shortly but sufficient profoundly, detailing the most important things regarding to the postion I applied for. My English knowledge was tested. The second round was via Webex with HR, Team leader, Manager. That took 45 minutes in total, containing introductions, sharing my career experiences and giving as big picture of myself as I could in that short time. The interview was in English with a 5-10 minutes Dutch part in it. And finally, the decision was made 1 month after the interview.
