There was a panel interview with the Scientific Program Leader and all lab members. After the in person interview with the lab, reference checks were done. After reference check came back positive, the lab informed me that they were willing to offer the role to me, and then I had to go through HR interviews.
30 min interviews with different lab members asked about experience and skills and to describe how my work fits with the lab. Asked lot of behavioral questions experience working in labs and with experimental scientist.

Overall, my interview with Gladstone was very good. The person that I spoke to was able to help me and answered all of my questions that I had. Also, was able to get a sneak peek into their day to day operations. I walked away from their interview feeling good about myself.
