Met with recruiter to discuss basic aspects of the job. She was very pleasant but didn't have too many job specifics. A few days later, she sent me a homework packet from the director to complete and submit before the next interview. This was a 3 hour assignment at least. Group interview with team reporting up to this position. They took turns asking basic google behavioral questions and were completely disinterested in my answers. Ghosted completely by HR. Not even an auto generated email saying the company is not interested. Turns out they promoted the manager who attended my group interview to this role. Huge waste of time. Speaks volumes about their culture.
