It was more of a discussion regarding the pay, job location, and an opportunity for me to give feedback on the interview process. Throughout the process, every member of the hiring team I interacted with was easygoing, making each interview feel more like a conversation rather than a formal interrogation. This approach significantly reduced the stress typically associated with interviews.
