Rude, company completely ghosts you even when you are far into the process. I didn’t get a good impression about the way the they treat prospective employees. If you don’t intend to make an offer, after several rounds of interviews with higher ups and follow up, then just do the courtesy of sending out an email. That being said, I was offered a position with $10K higher salary and more responsibility, so would have declined.
