I applied online. I interviewed at Global Partners (Boston, MA) in Mar 2022
Interview
First round was a phone call that was laid back and getting to know you, second round was a video call where they were curious about interest in the position, very conversational, took about 2 weeks,
Typical interview questions and process was not difficult. The HR didn't give me a good impression on the company and even screwed up my interview date and time. HR was a new hire and didn't seem to know the company himself.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Global Partners (Branford, CT) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online and heard back quickly. Received a phone call from a current employee. He asked questions about my resume and asked me how I would benefit the company. Pretty straight forward process. No difficult questions, fairly relaxed phone call. Overall, i enjoyed the experience.
