GlobalData Business Development Manager interview questions

I was unable to get in the building as there was no receptionist. I had to be let in my some smokers from another floor. I then proceeded up the lift to their floor, where again there was no receptionist and so I had to stand in the kitchen waiting for 15 minutes until someone came to see me. The interview room was then occupied and so it started 15 minutes late. The guys were really nice, got on well with them as they are young, driven and like minded. Standard interview, my experience, what I knew about the company. They then proceeded to try and put me off the role and tell me why I wasn't good. Pretty standard stuff. It went OK, but not something I would proceed with as the office was not very nice and seemed quite unorganised.
