The interview experience consisted of submitting an online application, followed by a phone screen interview. After getting through the phone interview stage, I was asked to submit a writing assignment informed by several articles. I was not successful after this stage, but if I had been would have had one more round of interviews. I really enjoyed my phone interview and found the writing assignment interesting and challenging. Also, GlobalGiving was willing to provide me with feedback on my writing assignment, which I appreciated.
