One phone screening from HR, followed by a phone interview with my prospective supervisor. Was asked about my skills, experience, and ability to work in a team and learn on the job. Final interview was a video technical interview with very fair and realistic questions. I was asked about my previous projects, programming experience, and my field of interest. This interview was also administered by several higher management personnel, including a Director and a VP. I found that the presence of these upper-levels indicated due diligence on their part, as they naturally wanted to talk with their prospective hire.
