I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Globant in Jan 2023
Interview
It was the most Human selective process I've ever experienced. I didn't feel like I was thrown in some random algorithm that was supposed to decide if I was a competent professional or not (like so many comapanies have been doing). They reached me via Linkedin. Everyone responsible for the process were always available and talked to me via email or Google Meet as soon as possible. I've felt very welcome. I've had some doubts regarding some steps during the process, but they were always willing to help. The time between the first interview to the Offer Letter was very fast and efficient.

Te contactan muy agradablemente por LinkedIn para una entrevista. Tenes la reunión con RRHH, tal vez después pasas a la técnica pero te terminan ghosteando. Ya van 4 entrevistas asi con gente de esta empresa
