As a communications major with no prior sales experience, the interview process was somewhat easier than expected. However the only follow up to the webinar and survey portion was another webinar and survey. I did not move forward after this proposal.

Group interview setting was weird, odd pacing, and overly fast timeline to start. Pushy questions like rate 1-10 how ready and excited you are to start working. Higher up walking in mid 2nd round interview seemed like an odd tactic. Overall did not seem like a place that I would want to work
It was a three point process and the first one was a video that was definitely recorded, but made it seem like they were talking to you. Then they double messaged me so I got set up for the Video twice, but I have an interview and we’ll see how it goes.
2 interviews with a 3rd pending if selected. Group style interview. 1st is a few minutes to check you out as a person. Second is the group setting. It's very easy.
