TL;DR summary: They will misadvertise positions. They are similar to an MLM scheme and you have to get your licensing on your own dime and time.
First they invited me to a prerecorded webinar (they did make me schedule it to show my commitment to making it on time), basically explaining that I wouldn't be working as a CSM. I would be selling additional insurance benefits to people. After sitting through the webinar, they sent me a congratulatory e-mail inviting me to the final interview. I was hopeful that this was a mistake, so I scheduled and joined the interview to get some clarification. At the final Zoom interview, there were about 150 people, with about 20 senior managers, meaning I was on camera with 130 strangers of dubious backgrounds. At that point, I excused myself and asked to be removed from the interviewing process.
