The process started with a virtual panel interview with several managers, followed by a 2.5-hour session with four one-on-one meetings and a 30-minute Excel test that was tough to finish in the time given. I got the impression that people didn’t really enjoy working there, and I wasn’t planning to accept an offer anyway, but I ended up getting ghosted after the process.
