I had an interview with HR followed by manager of the department over the phone. The manager is quite narrow-minded, neither is a team player (how can someone build a good team if you are not a team-player yourself?....you can't serve water from the empty cup, can you? If I have to describe the culture of the company based on my personal experience with that manager - it is toxic. I might be wrong- but sharing with you guys my experience.
