I applied for the job and received an email from the recruiter a month later for the phone screen. I set the call for the next day but the recruiter was running behind and asked me to reschedule. I set up some time and we were able to get on the call and I was asked briefly about my project, availabililty to join immediately and if I will be okay for Onsite Interview. I answered the all the questions and said yes for the Onsite Interview, I was made to believe that it this position had to be filled soon and was critical to their manufacturing. I waited for an update the next week and did not hear anything back. I have sent follow up email and did not receive any response. In short, I was ghosted by the recruiter.
