I applied in-person. I interviewed at Glory Day's (Fairfax, VA)
Interview
I filled out an application in store then met with a manager to schedule an interview. The first interview they mostly just looked at my qualifications and past work experience. I was asked to sell them something from the menu. got a call within an hour afterwards for a second interview with the actual hiring manager. She asked me if i had prior experience as a server, my availability, why i left my last job. I asked good questions so she told me that servers start at 2.13 an hour. and when i asked what she would be reviewing she said she would speak with the other manager for what position i should be put in. She said she would call on Friday but might forget, so i should come in on Saturday. couldn't catch her that day and she was in a meeting the following Monday. its been a few days and I haven't heard back...

Went through the interview smoothly. All questions were easy and understandable. Was able to clarify what to do in different situations, what knowledge I had about the menu, as well as how to provide customer service.
Super easy and asked about my experience. They were understaffed and needed workers so they did not ask for much. I was asked maybe 2 questions and then offered the job.
