I heard that Glory Days was hiring from a sibling working there after I got back from my freshman year of college, so I decided to apply. I grabbed a paper application and filled it out at home. It asked for basic things like name, address, work history, and (I think) education. After turning it in it took me a full month to get hired. I had to go in to the Burke Glory Days three times over a three-week period and talk to the management to ask about the status of my application. After that I was given an interview date day or range. I had a sit-down, one-on-one interview with the head manager and managing partner (and one of the founders) Jim Rafferty. I dressed in a polo shirt and nice shorts or pants for the interview, which I guess you could call business casual. The interview only took about 15-20 minutes or so. I was asked questions about my work history, background, and other information on my resume. I also was asked about my availability. At the conclusion of the interview, I was hired. I started work the following week, which was the last week of May.
