Despite a number of steps (phone calls, onsites, and take-home assignment), the team at Crowdstar/Glu was very welcoming and accommodating throughout the entire process. I thought the questions were challenging at times, but they were fair questions that did a good job of assessing fit on both the employer and employee sides. Overall, I found the interview process to be positive.
