Interview
If there's interest, you get a phone call interview to start off. If that goes well you are then given a literal online test that has nothing to do with sales. This is where they lost me as an applicant. I can't imagine hiring sales reps in this particular manner, so I figured the place was mismanaged and dropped them from consideration.

Interview
The interview process was pleasant. I interviewed with the hiring manager, a peer, and HR. The role and challenge was accurately described to me, allowing me to understand the role well. They asked good questions about my experience and got a good understanding of my fit.

Easy and quick, went via a recruitment agency and it was quite easy. I had an interview with the local manager and then the head in Australia who was quite nice

Scheduling of interview was quite messy, always ending up in a conflict of schedules in calendar
Only got to 2nd round of interview and was told after following up with the recruiter that they wanted someone with experience in the learning & development space instead.
That was definitely not mentioned in the JD of the job posting.
