When they first reached out they sent me an email asking me a few basic questions about my background. Just establishing where my experience was at and how I felt about accepting a job with their expectations. I was then asked to pick a time for an in person interview. The first interview was a coding interview. They gave me 4 questions, and told me that I would be interviewed on one of these 4 questions. When I got there I was asked to code in front of two interviewers who added modifiers and asked comprehension questions to the problem that I solved. The next interview was the personality interview they asked a lot of questions about previous experiences I've had and how I've reacted to them. The offer came a few days later.
