I went through the full interview process and met with 6 people from the org, including the CPO. All the people I met with were friendly and encouraging during the interviews. Towards the end of the process, something unexpected happened where I was asked to meet with the CEO, this interview seemed to have come up as a result of hiring needs assessment rather than a interview as part of the process. Some weeks later, I learnt that they would pause recruitment for this role. Even despite the frustration of this outcome, I was encouraged by many if the people I met during the recruitment process.
