When I applied I received an email to complete a skills assessment that took around 45 minutes. I passed the assessment then received an email to complete a 30 minute pre-recorded interview. The next step was to do a 30 minute video interview with the recruiter. She was nice and friendly which made me feel comfortable about continuing with the interview process. She also shared the pay range for the position (which was surprisingly low considering the extensive interview process they have for a position that is supposed to be entry level). She clearly thought I would be a good fit for the position and scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager. At this point I had already basically done 3 interviews with this company and assumed I was close to the end. Everything had been okay until the interview with the hiring manager. From the beginning of the interview, he gave me a standoffish vibe and made me feel uncomfortable which led to me feeling more nervous than usual. He asked the basic behavioral questions but the whole time he had a “I’m better and more experienced than you” attitude. He also questioned why I had gaps on my resume from before and after a summer internship (it was obvious from the dates on my resume that I was in college at the time). At this point it was clear to me that he was just looking for anything to make me feel unqualified for the position. He shared that if I moved on in the process I would have to complete another assessment and then do an panel interview where I would also get feedback on the results of the assessment and I would also have to complete another assessment live with them observing me. I received an email 2 days after from the recruiter saying I had not been selected to move on. I was not impressed with the candidate experience this company provides.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews. You start with a phone screening, they’ll just tell you a little bit about the position. They also tell you the salary range which I greatly appreciate. Second interview was with whoever your supervisor will be, basic customer service questions, a little about yourself. Final interview was with your supervisor, the Talent Development Manager, and the Director of Client Success. A little nerve wracking but over all a smooth experience. Everyone was very nice and the turnaround for each interview was about a week. You have to do 2 “practicals” The first one is seeing how you respond to emails, you do that one between your second and third interview, and then go over it in the third. The 2nd practical you do during your third interview where you figure out what the catch-up deduction is for an employees health benefit. That second one was really nerve wracking because it had a lot of math which I’m not good it at, but it was fine. Overall smooth interview process.
