Initial prescreen interview with a recruiter. Was told that someone would reach out with next steps. Over a week later and I did not hear anything. I reached out to the recruiter and they talked to someone to get me to the next steps. I had to complete two assessments. I was told that I passed the assessments and was moved forward to speak with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager went well and I was told that the next step would be to complete some type of practical. I was sent that practical and completed it the same day and was told that I was going to be reached out to soon. Over a week goes by and nothing. I contact the recruiter to see if they had any updates and they were the ones that had to tell me they weren't moving forward. Initially I was really looking forward to this position but after all the hoops they had you jump over and no proper communication, my perception of them changed.
